Tigges Farm Cottage Industry Products!Pumpkin Patch Honey – made with honey produced by the bees that reside and work at Tigges Farm. If you are looking for local honey this is it! If it says “Pumpkin Patch” honey it is Tigges Farm honey. It is available in 1 lb bottles only and as long as supply lasts. Then we will stock up with honey produced in Northern Colorado. Sahuaro Salsa, Dip & Queso Mix – made with Sahuaro chiles grown at the farm. Tortilla chips jump in your grocery cart in hopes they get to be dipped and eaten. As one customer said, “Dang! That’s Good!” and that is the only way I can describe it!” We make as much as we have chile to dry at the end of the season and when it is gone, it is gone until we open August 1 the next year. Some customers were creative with it too. They used it as flavoring in a Chicken Casserole and had rave reviews. Unfortunately when she came back for a winter supply it was all gone for the season.
